Who is Blue Skye?

Blue Skye was started in early 2008 by members Donovan Jacobs and Charlton Van Wyk. "We shared the passion of music and wanted to accomplish something huge with our talents. This is when we met up with a very ambitious musician whom is now part of Blue Skye, Ivanne Faywers. We share the ambition of making great music for all to enjoy."

The name Blue Skye encapsulates the idea of looking up in the sky and predicting if today is going to be a good day... So if the sky is clear and blue we have the idea and mindset that it is indeed going to be a good day. Hence the concept we derived "Feel Good Music".

Our energy is fresh and relevant. Our musical style ranges from Hip Hop to Rhythm & Blues, from Jazz to Soul. We rap and sing with so much vibe we bring you that warm and satisfying feeling from within.

This is our expression of how we do things and what we think... So welcome to the world from our point of view!
